The mission of Options For Life Foundation is to support eligible applicants within the boundaries of our budget, which is fueled by the generous donations we receive each year. Although our financial limitations may prevent us from accommodating every application, we are committed to nurturing hope. Even when our funds are exhausted or an applicant needs to meet our criteria, our dedication to making a positive impact remains unwavering.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: After you submit your application, we ask that you refrain from contacting OFLF board members for updates. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, our process of assessing eligibility is meticulous and takes time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a response once you have submitted your application.
